CX2 Care
Available
CX2 Care is an optional operation and maintenance agreement for the local CX2 installation, so the building owner does not have to administer a server.
- monitoring of edge devices and integrations, and of whether the expected data points are still being logged
- backup of data and configuration
- ongoing updates of the edge device, including the operating system, underlying components and CX2 Open
- technical support
- fair use of AI features
- extended warranty on edge hardware when the server is supplied by CX2 Service
Care can be added or left out. Without Care the building owner runs the solution themselves, and the data and access to it are the same.
Actual troubleshooting and changes in external systems are carried out as CX2 Service.
